I had a very terrible experience with CHEAPoair. It seems that everything you provide is cheap including the system and customer service. I book a cheap flight on April 23. On the 24th i received an email that the airline wasn't able to confirm my booking and provided me with the link for alternative flight, but the link was broken so i had to call for the customer service hotline. It took me almost an hour to get to talk to an agent but the agent was not ble to help me so i decided to just....

Worst ever . First they book me a flight from Honolulu to LAX with a 24hr layover . But no they book my contaction flight out of Ontario Cal. not LAX. Now without understanding where Ontario is I'm thinking maybe it's part of LAX.!!! way The las Vegas McCarran airport had Howard Hughes aviation airport connected in the same place So when get ready to depart Honolulu I find out that it's a completely different airport 50 miles away.and no way to get there.
